Timothy R. Barta, CPA

As one of the founding members and a Partner at Smith Barta & Company, Tim Barta is responsible for audits, technology consulting, and personnel. Tim has almost 20 years of experience in public accounting, including several years with a national firm.

Tim has extensive experience in the areas of audit, financial reporting, consulting for closely held businesses, tax compliance, and information technology consulting. He provides accounting services to a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations, real estate development & management firms, wholesale distribution industries, and manufacturing firms.
